Excellent and informative experience

Recently purchased a 2023 F150 from Hannah Ford in Collingwood. The sale rep gave me a fair and honest deal for my trade in. He discussed and explained how the trade-in process worked and helped ease my concerns. In my opinion the sales rep went above and beyond what I would consider a transaction. He kept us informed the entire way and was easy to discuss and finalize the purchase. There was zero pressure from his part for making a sale and he helped find us the truck to replace my old one. Inturn, I will be changing where I get the maint. done on the truck and will be bringing it back to Hannah for regular tune-ups. You have an excellent establishment.
