From informing me of pricing, models, features, resale, insurance, everything necessary to buying a new car. This was all done in a way I could understand with no pressure. Making me feel comfortable. Answering simple questions. I had the option of test driving or taking a car home for the weekend. When I received my new car the agent went over everything with me and synced phone and made sure I was comfortable driving it. Said to phone, email, or come in with questions or problems. Explained the point system and set up Ford App. As an additional service, Hanna included a tank of gas N/C, for which I was charged on my last three cars. This was a pleasant, no stress experience.
