So Incredibly Grateful!

5 stars is not enough for the team at ford, from the ladies answering the phone to the guys working on the vehicles what an incredible team. 6 studs broke off the rear tires of my F-150 and when I called ford it’s all positives “let’s see what we can do we’ll try and have a look at it” nothing negative even on the verge of the long weekend. Within two hours I got a call the truck was done and an incredibly reasonable bill from them, honest work. The studs broke off in the wheel spacers (thank god) and they were able to give us a give fix. So incredibly grateful for the team, I was stuck 2hours from home and never once felt anxious or scared about what was going to happen. Amazing job guys!
