Don H., March/11 - The dealership had already closed when I arrived and the owner John saw me pulling
into the parking lot and came back to assist me. Don opened the dealership up
and discussed my needs. I was very impressed with the attention I received. I
have already recommended Hanna to my neighbours and they just purchased a F150
from hanna. The price advertised was the price of the vehicle. At several other
dealerships I visited, they did not have the exact vehicle as advertised for the
price advertised. Every dealership bu Hanna Ford had a reason not to match the
price. Hanna was refreshing to buy from. I will purchase all future vehicles
from Hanna.

the day we bought our truck. It is a very comfortable atmosphere, with

Cliff & Marguerite, Sept/10 - Hi Rene. Within 5 minutes of arriving home on Wednesday, the neighbours were over looking at the new kid on the block. After a quick look, we got out the beer, wine and lawn chairs and had a party in the driveway. The Edge is a lovely car to drive, No rattles, just a smooth, safe, secure ride. Ford should be proud to have produced a car of this quality and it will compete well against foreign imports.

John G, June/10 - Our sales experience was very good - really liked our salesman. Hard to
say much on the Escape until we have had it for at least a year. This
is the first Ford or North American car (7 Japanese vehicles since 1980
as I work for a Japanese company) and I wanted someone to know at Ford
that there were only two reasons why I bought this vehicle - we rented
one in B.C. last year and my wife loved it (it is actually her Escape).
The second reason was the Ford did not have their hand out for
government assistance when GM and Chrysler did. I said to my wife if I
ever buy a North American vehicle again it will only be a Ford and she
agreed. Keep up the good work Ford!

Werner B, Apr-10 - I purchased my F250 from Jack Maclean at Hanna Motors - had what I wanted in stock and at a better price and deal. It was straight forward - no games. They did not judge me by my appearance - made me feel welcome and my business appreciated.
There were cracks in the chrome & rust spots on tow hooks on delivery. Jack took photos and would have swapped out bumper except too late on Saturday. Two dealerships in Burlington and two dealerships in Hamilton would not address bumper replacement - told me to return to Collingwood - point of purchase - would of helped me if mechanical problem - but appearance only and marked on bill of purchase - All stated that Ford Co. could be sticky on warranty.
Hanna Motors scheduled my return at my convenience - met me at door when I arrived - offered me a courtesy car for 2 hrs (repair) - I declined - gave me a newspaper & coffee - showed me their repair shop & directed me to a nice restaurant for breakfast.
Jack had offered me a tank of gas because I had to return to Collingwood - made good - past full. The parking lot is jammed full - The showroom is not fancy - But the people are great - not like some of the b__s__ artists here in Hamilton and Burlington.
I regret it's a 3 hr drive - Otherwise I would take my vehicle there for service. I will definitely recommend anyone to contact them if they wish to purchase a Ford product.
